Adding Universal Coolant, concerns?

I was under the assumption one should never use Stop Leak-type products since they can do a lot of harm. Are these different? I'm thinking of the STP Stop Leak bottle in gas stations.

This is the only universal coolant I'd personally use. Non 2EH formula and phosphate/silicate free. A true "universal" coolant.

That looks like good stuff. But for some reason the closest store w/ it is in Iowa. Seems weird as I know Peak is a common brand. Maybe I can order it if shipping isn't too bad.

Edit: Nevermind. Found some nearby locations. When I searched for the exact product, the full strength mentioned above, only IA/MI dealers showed. When I searched for just antifreeze products, nearby places showed.
Looks good. Thanks for the heads up.

Is a radiator flush and fill fairly easy to do for someone not mechanically inclined? How is it done?

It would be simple to do in your Jeep. Just Youtube it. There are probably 1k videos out there of people "demonstrating" the proper technique.
