I usually catch and release. Really don't want to eat what's been swimming and feeding in coastal waters. Others seem not to be bothered by copepods and worms in their dinner, but… EWWW! Kingfish, perch, striper and salmon are common here.

this always bothered my wife. spend a fair amount of dollars on a boat and fishing gear, throw back what i catch and go to the store and buy some fish for dinner.
