I think there is NO difference, the lower pic is an older
label and they simply removed the German word for what I believe is the phrase "light weight" special oil .
5w-20 is not a widely used spec in Northern Europe, at least yet, so it is primarily marketed to Asia and the US...notice the
approval for US spec cars at the bottom of the label.
