Valentine's Day

Johnny asked his friend, Tony, whether he had bought his wife a gift for Valentine's Day.

"Yes, I bought her a belt and a bag," replied Tony.

"That was very kind of you," Johnny added, "I hope she appreciated the thought."

Tony smiled as he replied, "So do I, and hopefully the vacuum cleaner will work better now."

i got mine a new watch. she is very appreciative, since i broke 2 of hers while changing batteries recently.

I read this and thought "What the heck was he doing wearing her watches while changing a car battery???" (I was just reading the thread about car batteries)

Oh, watch batteries, never mind.

I got my wife a card, changed the oil and cleaned out her car for her (not a fun task, the temperatures being what they were). We're at a practical stage.

We did cards, and since we both had to work 2/14 due to the fact it WILL NOT STOP SNOWING, we mutually decided to go out to a nice dinner in a week or two.
