2011 f150 hvac door

Recently I've noticed that I have significantly decreased airflow out of the floor vents with increased flow from the defrost vents when on mixed or floor settings but the vent settings works perfectly. This is on an XLT. Going through the Chiltons manual online it looks like a good first step is the calibrate the mode door module by removing the Smart Junction Box (SJB) fuse 15 for at least one minute. The issue I'm finding is WHERE IS THE SJB? Best I can tell there is the underhood fusebox and the passenger kick panel fuse box, but in either one fuse 15 seems COMPLETELY unrelated to HVAC.

Any thoughts?

The Smart Junction Box is in the passenger's side kick panel.

But why would the manual have you pull fuse 15 which is for the tail lights?

Perhaps Fuse #15 is pulling double duty for the taillights and HVAC Smart Junction Box (?).
