I would still go with Akebono ProAct Ceramic or Wagner TQ.

Brakes are the only thing on a car where I will not try something cheap. Usually rock auto has great deals on good stuff
Brakemotive is likely buying tons of rotors from China and adding the slots and holes locally. Immediately I doubt their marketing gimmick of "one of the largest". quality? who knows. personally I prefer to spend the money on well-established brands of rotors and pads. Akebono are my absolute favorite for pads. rotors - it depends on the car - but I generally try for the best rotors available: each mfrs top line.
