I've been watching Brian, who is a Ford certified master technician
on YouTube for some time now and his channel is called
"FordTechMakuloco" He worked at a Ford dealer for quite a long time and now is branching out on his own. I have learned so much from Brian, and since my folks own a Ford we have done some of the DIY videos ourselves and saved money and time.

Brian stands out because he does a thorough, and totally professional job on all his clients work, in his case "factory trained" actually means something!

Yup he is one of the good ones. Naturally, he mostly works on newer Fords, though.

Constantly refreshing the screen on the IDS/WDS for the power balance test. Or the latest one, the IDS locking up in the middle of a module update and nuking the PCM or the TCM. Worst one ever is the recall for an SRS module or steering rack reprogram and the IDS locks up erasing the firmware in the module and downing the vehicle until we can get a new one in, then using As-Built to reprogram everything.
