Roast beef for Po Boys boilin' in the pot

Roast beef po-boys are really good. My wife had family from Iowa come down once to visit and we made them I was surprised to hear they never had them. They seemed to think it was odd at first but really enjoyed them once they tried them.

Roast beef and gravy on a sandwich might sound odd but it tastes great. My preference tho is seafood (crab and shrimp) po-boys.
 
"Roast Rolls" are a staple in on site canteens in Oz.

Usually beef, but pork, chicken, and lamb (in that order) are common.

some weekends, I will get some roast beef cold cuts and simmer for a little in gravy, then put into a crusty roll. but nothing beats a proper fall apart roast.

(fall apart corned beef with ketchup, is a cold lunch close second 'though)
