links don't work for me.

But it could be a glitch where it will be $4.32 each even though it says board feet.

Hi raytseng -- the links work for me, although the Home Depot link loads a little slow.

Forget the board feet. Last time I checked a 2x4x12 was $4.50 and treated was around a dollar more.

That is correct.

A board foot is 1"x12"x12", or 144 cubic inches.

2"x4"x144" (144" in 12 feet) =1152 cubic inches, divided by 144 gives you 8 board feet.

For standard construction lumber, yes. We're apparently talking about some sort of specialty boards here.

The price is mislabeled. I bought a few of these lately, the price is per 2x4x12 board, not per board foot.
