CT this week has a 5L jug of Castrol GTX for 17.99...over $4.00 difference for just .27L more. That's insulting.

Target will be liquidating the remaining stock in their Canadian stores soon. Might be worth keeping an eye on whatever oil they have on their shelves.
The oil selection at Target has never been great both in the US and Canada.

The discount will probably be greater by the 3rd or 4th week of Target's so-called "liquidation".
Walmart has 4.73L pennzoil yellow for $13.88 and platinum $28.88. Excludes 0W20.
The one I saw has the 5L yellow for $27 and the skid right behind are the platinum for 28.88. What a rip off...
