No, these are much larger and brighter than a 194. I think they're a small halogen bulb similar to those used in fog lights. These "cornering lights" are like a headlight that faces sideways and comes on with the turn signal. Ford put these on several vehicles in the 90s,particularly Lincoln and Mercury models.
Edit: I just looked it up at Auto Zone, and it's apparently just a standard 3156 bulb.
