Kohler Courage SV590 19hp with 301 total hours. 35hrs this OCI.

Stens 10w-30 conventional out, Stens OPE oil filter off.

Rotella T5 10w-30 in, Fram PH3614 on.

Dont hate on the filter choice too much. My OCIs are super short on this thing and I've cut frams like this open after use on this engine before and never found issues.

2014 Ariens deluxe 28, LCT 254CC. 1st oil change after 1 hour of operation. Plenty of metallic. 20 Oz of motorcraft 5W-30 semi-synthetic, because it's what I had laying around.

2014 Honda 928WAS, drained FF after initial 2hrs of blowing 12+ inches of wet heavy snow. Refilled with AMSoil SS 0W-30. Lot's of metal "paste" viable in the drained oil.

Switched to M1 because it is much cheaper and maybe better. The mower takes only 12oz. Honda oil is just over $4 for 12.6 oz bottle. M1 was on sale for $3.99 a bottle.

oil was in bad shape - looked like thick green pea soup. Warmed it up and changed it a 2nd time. Easier to start now.
