Is it ok to put some Nickle Based Antisize on the Bleeder?

I get mixed answers when goolging it.

Also some people mentioned Teflon but most is not rated for brake fluid, any alternatives?

No problem at all. If you look at how a bleeder screw is made you can see its almost impossible to get any cross contamination. Just put a little on the threads.
Teflon is also okay, it has no problems with glycol based fluids.
