Sorry Tiredtrucker I should have edited this better before posting as I am not directing this towards you specifically but in general to anyone who decides not to follow the owners manual. It should have said:
"I don't see how it is the burden of proof on the dealer when the vehicle owner has given all the proof they need that they are careless and don't follow manufacturers recommendations because they feel that either they know better than what engineers have designed and spec'd or simply they don't care what they have written".
My apologies if I came off as angry at you I am not, just presenting my point of view.
