Who makes Motorcraft PM-22A diesel fuel additive?

Who makes Motorcraft's diesel additive?

Are there any other studies on diesel fuel additives than that one from dieselplace.com that is so controverial?

I have been using Diesel Kleen in my Deere tractors and Powerstrokes with no problems so far

We know that Kendall makes Ford motor oil so someone should know who makes their diesel additive

I have been told it's a Stanadyne product, but I can't say for sure that it is.
