Please help me tackle the passenger doors 99Ford

Ok. On the 1999 Ford Expedition. Driver side doors are fine. Front and rear.

The passenger side doors.. Front door does not lock (never has) and rear door will not OPEN (locked shut.) Both doors have the little piece you press down on to lock the door and pull up on to unlock it missing.

Can I fix these issues?
