Help Reading Service Manual Torque Values

I used to know this and use it so infrequently I've forgotten. It's been several years. What do the values mean to the right of #13 in the picture I've attached? I think the first is N-m, and the last is ft pounds. Not sure what the middle is.

The middle is kilogram-meters.

In order,
Newton-meters (kilogram-meters, foot-pounds)
 
I agree with krisz. Find the key in your manual as there is no standard that I am aware of. Usually they are listed in SAE and metric but SAE could be ftlb or inlb (factor of 12) and metric in Nm.

+1 Thats what it is, standard rounded off values. 10 mkgs=100 Nm, mkgsx10 is Nm.
Kilograms is obsolete for the most part but some countries still use it.
