M mattwithcats Joined Jun 13, 2013 Messages 3,084 Dec 25, 2014 #2 Use a AutoZone PCV1009 valve, The OEM is PCV1006, and has a rattle ball, the '09 one does not, may reduce oil consumption. I have had luck with Rotella T6 or Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel in 5W-40, lots of detergents, frees up the piston rings.
