What are some low phosphorus oils, I do have a stash of oils. My sons saturn does burn oil, to save the cat as long as possible what are some good 10w 40 options?

Use a AutoZone PCV1009 valve,
The OEM is PCV1006, and has a rattle ball, the '09 one does not, may reduce oil consumption.
I have had luck with Rotella T6 or Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel in 5W-40, lots of detergents, frees up the piston rings.
