Decode manufacture dates on Castrol and Mobil 1

So with the recent Autozone prices on Castrol and Mobil 1, how do you decode the manufacturing dates on the bottles?

One of my Castrol is stamped "Y13207 2 0015 RF"
My Mobil 1 is stamped "11014A10A 5888"

Date is so importance as API stamp, if it's SN then it is good for another 3-4 years at least.

Why can't they just put the date in plain format like Shell does?
