Several ways to do this.
First would be to add a full can of Seafoam to what you have in there, and drive for about 1000 miles and then change the oil and filter. Nothing bad will happen.
Second would be to use Redline, as mentioned at least twice.
Third would be to use a cheap (inexpensive) oil, and do some old-school 3000 mile OCIs - a fine waste of oil and money. Maybe even time.
Wondering if the engine needs it, as mentioned. Pics of the fill hole?
Opinions, based on facts:
M1 is an excellent oil
so is Pennzoil
so is Rotella
so is Valvoline Maxlife - was the synthetic version axed?
so is Redline, it is hard or impossible to beat Redline.
There are others...
Opinions, based on reading:
Castrol is not as good, save new Edge 0W-40 in a Volkswagen engine (off topic)
Royal Purple is gimmicky but not necessarily bad
Supertech - any Supertech - is very good
I have tried many any I switch up which ones I use.
Your engine will stay clean with just about any one of these, if serviced and oil changed even a few times or more, as stated. Agreeing with Mobil 1 probably keeping it clean.
When was the filter last changed?
How does the dipstick look?
How does the fill hole look? Underside of cap?
Valve covers ever been pulled?
