Wayne, I couldn't agree more. Some of my fellow co-workers in the petro-chem industry make well into the $30/hr range. It's shift-work of course and requires years of dedication to be a master at the process, but most of them have high-school educations. I squeaked a Bachelor's out of them too, years ago.
