I was recently in Israel doing a vacation tour & drove by this 'auto shop' on a corner.

Odd brands....but I like the one called 'Zic Up'.

You also see LiqiMoly in the photo, as well as others called (I think) 'Wolf', 'Ravenol' and one other I couldn't make out....

Two shelves of wheel covers and one of oil.

Looks like their version of Pep Boys...

The lighting suggests an outdoor mart in indirect sunlight. Products probably face a public street of some kind. That's probably why the oil is locked up.

Rheinol and Liqui Moly are good stuff. Not sure about the rest though.

Unless it's a Ford, Land Rover or Jaguar specifically calling for a 20 weight, you won't see many thin oils in the Middle East. 30 weight is probably the thinnest you'll see, but 40 and 50 weights are very common.

Off to the top of my head, here's what's mostly spec'd over here:

5W-20: Ford, some Chrysler/Dodge products, Land Rover, Jaguar
5W-30: GM, Honda, BMW/Mini (Euro version)
10W-30: Some Chrysler/Dodge products (mostly V6), older Ford products prior to 2013
5W-40: Mercedes-Benz, VW/Audi/Skoda/SEAT, Lexus
15W-40: Mazda, Mitsubishi, Subaru
20W-50: Nissan/Infiniti, Toyota, Hyundai/KIA, Suzuki
10W-60: Some BMW products, Ferrari, Lamborghini

Rheinol, Liqui Moly (aka. Lubro Moly in US) and Meguin are German brands. Wolf oil is Belgian.
