I'm looking for a water base tire shine for my tires I had got. I called customer service and they had told me this was water based and would be fine for tires. I noticed on the back of the bottle it says contains petroleum distillate. Michelin recommeds no petroleum base shine?

Griot's Vinyl and Rubber conditioner is water based and hands down the best thing I have ever used on my tires. Gives a natural new tire look.

I think some amount of petroleum distillate may aid in bonding?

I use CarPro PERL, full strength. I used to dilute it, but then it slung everywhere. Once I went to using it full strength, the problems went away.
