I prefer new over used, but been looking at NTB and discount tire , also Tire Rack for 14 inch rims for my winter tires.. Any other places you guys know of for good deals?

Craigslist has tons of 4x100 wheels just for winter use.

Is it for the Civic? A few years ago I bought used take off steelies from an 01 Civic for $50 for all 4. I found them on craigslist. Hard to beat the price for used wheels. I know you're looking for new, but wanted to throw out my experience buying used.

I have a tire machine, and aim for tire + wheel deals on CL where I can separate the two, and get most/all of my cash back by selling what I didn't want.
Best scenario is when someone has good rims with bald tires, and disposing of the tires is too much trouble, and the assemblies sell for pennies. Searching can be kind of rough as they might say "tires for sale" then when you look at the pic they're mounted and, oh sure, the rims are included.
4x100 14" is so popular you'll find them anywhere. Saturns, escorts, etc. Just make sure your center bore hole is compatible.

I got em for 26$ a piece, new at Discount tire. I pulled some sweet Bullxxx on the sales guy ( long story). They went for 51$ new.
There was only 1 guy selling them locally on Craig's list here in the TC metro , 80 for all , excellent condition but he didn't get back till over day later.
