Quiche Recipe, Swiss cheese, onions, and sausage

12 Jumbo eggs
1 pound sausage
2 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
3 Tablespoons all purpose flour
2 cups Swiss cheese
1 cup 2% or whole milk
2 white onions
1/4 cup oil

Cook sausage, I add 1 tablespoon water, put a tight lid on, and turn the heat to medium low. You want to cook the sausage, not fry it...
Dice onions, put in pan with oil. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
Whisk eggs, Italian seasoning, flour, cheese, and milk together until fluffy.
Add sausage slowly while mixing, careful not to cook eggs. Add 2 cups onions slowly while mixing.

Pour in three greased pie pans.
350 degrees for 30 minutes...
