Good morning BITOG,

New here and thought I'd put my vehicles out there for the lurkers and posters to check out. Nothing too special, but I like them! Hopefully when you see them my username will make a little sense...otherwise it sounds like pig latin for something inappropriate.

1st: 1996 K2500 Suburban, 454/4l80E. 126k miles, Valvoline MaxLife 5w-30 year round. Runs really nicely, no issues at all. Just replaced the fuel pump for the first time...hopefully the replacement lasts as long.

2nd: Mostly my wife's car, 2004 Infiniti I35. VQ35de, 87k miles. Valvoline MaxLife 5w-30 year round. Also a great running vehicle, though it is due for some paint-chip maintenance, maybe after this winter. Heated seats and steering wheel make this nice in the cold.

3rd: 1995 Wrangler 2.5/AX5 108k miles. Annoying exhaust leak, but my wife thinks it "sounds tough" and it isn't worth fixing it, frankly. Engine runs great, the notoriously weak ax5 transmission shifts fine. We've had it to Moab and Colorado and it is much more capable off road than I am.

Thanks for looking, I love the site and welcome any comments. I look forward to contributing my small bits of knowledge here and there while learning as much as I can.

Thanks!

Nice clean YJ. Cool Waggy axles. I also have a 2.5L YJ but it's a bit more beat up (trailered, no fenders/windshield).

Welcome to the forum as well! H3ll's Revenge is an awesome trail and H3ll's Gate adds a few hairs to your bum.

GM had issues with fuel pumps in the early 90s, including my 1993 Suburban. I replaced 3 maybe 4. But I got good at it.

Good looking fleet. Like you, our vehicles are not the newest, but we take care of them and expect to get a long time out of them. That Suburban is very tough looking!

Thanks, it is definitely a rare breed in its condition. It is the 4.10 gearing G80 14 bolt rear end, extra transmission cooler equipped "max tow" package version, too. Thanks for the compliment!

It is a tailgate model.
