Help me connect the dots here. I don't see "Fanboy AdBlock List" or "FanBoy Tracking List" in the Tracking Protection List options. They don't show up in the "Get a tracking protection list online..." link for me either...

Both links say IE 9, but I think it will still work, I used for IE 10 (which was later updated).
