Amazon reviews seem positive and it has quite a range: from 4 to 147 lb-ft.

They have a 3/8" version as well.

Not yet, but i'm thinking about it. Can be used as both a torque wrench and to verify the accuracy of a mechanical torque wrench. How much does the AC Delco version cost?

3/8" version is $51.
1/2" version is $67 right now, but it was around $50 just a few weeks ago. Amazon's pricing on it keeps changing daily, it seems.

I have HFT equivalent; however the range on that one is 29-147 ft-lb. It is good tool to calibrate your torque wrenches. HFT torque adapter is useless for 1/4 inch as it does not go that low. I think I paid about $22 after 25% off coupon for mine.

I also have the HF version. I've mainly used it to check torque wrenches.

The HF one is made in Taiwan and well worth the price. It's an interesting tool. I've used it more than I thought I would.
