No, I buy from a local distributor, they have the display and you can buy individual sockets.

I cannot afford a 'set' of Wright sockets.

Wright Tools are the best no doubt, they are not over exposed like Snap-On is. But still paying $100+ for a 14 pc set is just crazy.

not sure, they do have some local vendors as well.

We have a 90 year old hardware that sells them.

That sounds just as convenient as shopping at the factory.

I bet that 90 year old hardware store has some neat stuff.

Wright tools will even make JHZR happy regarding their USA content.

Wright even claims to use American steel.

There are still steel mills left in the USA?
There are a few still going. Who knows for how long. Industry is icky.

No you can not make purchase's direct from the factory. It's cheaper to purchase through Amazon or http://harryepstein.com/

Why? Don't you like trying to pull the socket off while your hands are greasy?

I gotta pry my sockets off with a screwdriver sometimes.

Have to agree with this. I love my MATCO and Snap-On stuff, but the Wright stuff looks nice.

I don't like fighting with the socket. The first time i had to pry a socket off with a screwdriver would be the last time.
It would go into the unloved and unwanted tool pile.

Trav doesn't use Snap-On, and you are correct, they aren't.
