Won a raffle at the mall that had various kitchen appliances.
I won a Black & Decker Juice Extractor. LOL.
Pretty nifty thingy. I decided for giggles to buy random stuff to juice because I now own a Juice Extractor.
Needless to say, I had to try the juice.
This batch consisted of:
Bananas
Green Onion
Apples Fuji
Broccoli
Celery
Peaches
Cherry Tomatoes
and I topped it off with some Alfalfa Sprouts

Needless to say my first attempt is pretty tasty.

Don't think Ill use this daily, who knows though, all the "from concentrate this" and "preservative that" that is in the normal juice aisle, this could be pretty good.

heck no to juice diets though.

Excuse me while I go attempt to juice a steak.

You left oranges & pineapples off your list! Nothing like fresh orange juice for breakfast. Or pineapple margaritas in the evening.
Cheers1

PS: We need a margarita blender emoticon...

In my experience bananas are very strong and can easily overtake anything else. Let us know how that steak juice tastes wink

Good luck with the steak juice!

I like juicing sometimes. For lemonade, limeade, carrot juice, etc., but youre right, no juice diets. The fiber and components in the pulp have value to you as well.

I have one, while it makes good juice, the cleanup is just not worth the time.

Add 2 peeled and quartered raw beets to it and it becomes a energy drink!

Just made batch number 2.
Gym today so I knocked it up a little bit, BAM!

Asparagus
Carrots
Pear
Celery
Grapes
Tomato

Added a scoop of unflavored BCAA Supplement as well as a scoop of unflavored L-Glutamine Supplement.

Feeling pretty good thumbsup

This hippie juice blender is amazing.
