Looks good, but I think they put the 40°C (104°F) viscosities in the table, but labeled it 100°C (212°F).

They reported the 100C (210F) viscosity in Saybolt Universal Seconds (SUS) instead of Kinematic Viscosity in CentiStokes (cSt).

For example, the 0W30 SUS is 61.8 or about 11.5 cSt.

Pretty much. M1 has undergone several reformulations since then.
