So I picked up a few quarts of autozone's full synthetic 5w-30 for the snowblower. Does anyone know if this oil is good or not? I have heard mixed reviews about their gear oil but that was around 2007. For what it is worth, the oil is SN, SM, SL.

I would use it and not think twice the syn I bought from advance is made by warren and very good oil.I am not sure who makes the AZ what does it say on the bottom of the bottle?

It will work just fine in your snowblower. IIRC it's a WPP product, essentially the same thing as Walmart's Super Tech...at least where ST hasn't switched to Citgo.

Awesome! If it holds up to what we put this snowblower to, im sure it will do good in our kohler.

It is also dexos1 approved. Smh.. GM has challenged so many fine oils with this dexos stuff

Around here, the bottles also say dexos1 (approved). Good for your blower and gas vehicle I'd say.

WPP and WNE both indicate that it is a Warren oil product. You shouldn't have any issues using it, use it with confidence.
