Increasing the octane improves the output slightly, from bottom to top. There is no point at which lower octane makes more power.

The very bottom end curve is simply the starting point of the graph and has no value for comparison.

What I was trying to show is that the torque produced from the Turbo DI engine is significant, equal to engines twice the size, and quite flat in the usable range.
