In my subie with slightly larger than stock wheels, I believe it's between 3100 and 3200 at 70 in 5th gear, maybe closer to 3100.

In normal weather and wind's, level cruise, manifold is usually around 2/3rds of an atmosphere, meaning it's got around 50% more power without downshifting if I were to go floor it.

I checked my mazda3 again. it is 2600 RPMs. 6spd MTX.

I'm going to check the Escape this weekend.

2400 rpm in my Corvette in 6th gear.
1800 rpm in my Dodge Ram diesel in 5th-overdrive.
1560 rpm in my Camaro in 6th gear.
Don't know about my GMC 1500. Doesn't have a tach.

A fast idle at 70. love it.

Wow, that is amazing. No wonder it can achieve 30mpg on the freeway.

Actually, a lot of C7 owners are getting over 40 MPG highway under perfect conditions!!! My best in my C6 is 37.0 MPG, so I totally believe I could get well over 40 with a C7 since it has the extra gear (7 vs my 6) plus the ability to run on only 4 cylinders too.

1970 Camaro street car - 3000 RPM in 4th gear. Road race car GT1 Camaro - 3600 in 4th gear. (4.10 rear gear)
