4) Rotella T Synth 5W-40 (for AutoRX clean and rinse) Will go back to using Mobil 1 0w-40 after AutoRX.
5) 1500 miles for clean and 2-3k for rinse. 5k mile oil changes when back on Mobil 1.

This 'Mannolator' filter is incredibly well made. The guys at Advance Auto Parts were floored by the size, quality, and great price of this filter (only $6.20 after $1 rebate). I use it because it adds even more oil capacity over the new larger filters recomended by VW for the oil starved 1.8Ts. BTW I had to special order this filter but it came in the next day.
