Not to sound contentious or to have anything against PYB, but is your comment in regards to the way this Sonata engine is wearing, the use of PYB or on a general level? The OP's UOA is certainly good but this UOA is much better on a per mile basis (obviously different engine and oil):

Wear metal numbers tend to decrease per mile the longer the OCI.

PYB has plenty of life left in your engine.

That means the engine is getting lubricated, unlike a popular brand of full synthetic.

World class product from a world class company. Sopus really does know what they're doing. This seems like the ideal oil for the Theta II engine.

Absolutely great report. I am now using PYB's sister product in the 2.4 (QSGB). After 1800 miles, haven't blown up the engine yet. Heck i'm not even getting the dreaded fuel odor on the dip stick....boring stuff, this SOPUS.

7500 miles or 6 months for non-severe service, so it gets dumped regardless of miles. 40k+ on car for this sample.
