Highest Viscosity @ 100 Degrees C. 0W20 Oil ?

True enough but still Georgia isn't south Florida, they do get snow their. Regardless, the point remains, even starting a cold engine at room temp' and using high rev's is not conducive to a long engine life. The lighter the oil is on start-up the better.
It's the main reason I use a high VI oil in my track car.
 
To answer questions :

* We get temps in the teens and below in North Georgia.

* One Hyundai engine has 100K + miles on it so I don't want a 0W20 oil too thin at operating temp.

* A 0W oil with fastest start up protection (at any temp) is also preferred.
