Hamilton has no one to blame but himself for losing Pole in Q3. Thinking that it was too wet for anyone else to surpass his time, he garaged his Mercedes prematurely, allowing teammate nemesis, Nico to take it. Hamilton drops out of top three!

I couldn't sleep so I watched qualifying live for once. Really glad I did, the whole session was entertaining. Marussia getting into Q2 while Ferrari and Williams succumbing to defeat in Q1 was huge.

Agreed. Alonso not making it out of Q3 tells us how behind Ferrari are developing this new turbo engine.
