Cause I wanted too. Its about stock 4X4 now anyway
 
Did you get a wheel alignment afterwards?
You should. I remember helping one guy with a similar Chevy truck that drove perfectly straight after it was lifted... But 10,000 later, the tires were completely worn on the insides.
Do you have shocks that are built for lifted trucks? Sometimes the factory shocks abruptly reach the end of their travel and fail quickly.
 
Truck looks sharp except for the ghastly "Euro Tails". Also, the 3M headlight polish kit will fix up your lenses as they are looking pretty yellow.

Subtle lift, complements the truck well.

I agree. Nice job.
 
Should be easier to slide under to change the oil. With the Burb (stock height 4x4), I just park it on our inclined driveway, slide under, and do my thing. No pulling out the floor jack or jack stands. Still use tire blocks, but otherwise it's just cardboard, drain pan, wrench, filter, oil, and paper towels...plenty of paper towels.
