Would you trust for 504 use?

I came across this oil on the internet and can pick up 20 litres for $160. I am a bit worried about the section where they state.

"Although Euro Energy has not been formally tested against
VW504/507, Gulf Western is fully condent of its performance in such applications"

Do you think it will perform as well as approved 504/507 oils and has anyone had experience with the oil? Data sheet linked Below.

I'm sure it's fine. Like many smaller blenders, they just don't pay for the expensive approval process.

Thank's was just a little worried since they are not a big blander, at least they outright state they are not approved unlike Nulon.
