power tilt/trim on Mercruiser

I was just about to bring my boat to get some canvas work done and I cannot get the drive up to trailer. Both the up and down and trailer buttons make the solenoids click but no motor movement. The wiring diagrams show only one power feed into the power trim system. It worked last year.

I have lots of things I need to be doing vs getting out my DVM to figure this out.

OK, I got in there with voltmeter and jumper. Motor sure seems to be the issue.

I found a starter/alternator rebuild shop and they rebuilt the trim pump. But it was $170 as the armature was bad. I know there are ones on EBAY for half of that but I am hoping the trim pump I have is a better built one than what is on EBAY.

I was in an FLW tourney years ago and had the TNT motor go bad on my evinrude... factory service truck replaced it so quick I hardly had time to see how they did it...
