Are these any good?

Snotrakker Radial ST/2

Browsing Craigslist looking for a set of wheels for snow tires in the future, and these tires are mounted on a set that fit. Are these any good or should I just replace the snows with something better and resell? I know they are economy but is the snow performance any good. How long do these usually last?

Why not give them a try, especially if you need the wheels anyway? Worst case...if they suck, you take them off for a set of Glacier Grip or Blizzaks, and put them back on CL.

FWIW, I have seen a fair number of them in New Hampshire.

Those look very aggressive, and can be studded. I think they'd work fine, but expect them to wear fast and be noisy. Dry pavement performance will probably be squirrely too.

Gotta be better than all seasons or touring tires. If there is decent tread on them and the price is right - you can't go wrong!

I went and took a look at the tires - looked aggressive but close to 6/32nds, not really worth the asking price IMO for what I want out of a set of snows, and given that I'll get a deal on the wheels and mounting if I buy online, passed for now. Thanks for the feedback!
