This was 5qts of M1 5w-30 and 1qt of M1 10w-30 along with 4 ozs of Redline Break in additive. The filter was Carquest blue(WIX) 85516(51516), oversize for this application. The engine is a 3rz-fe(2.7). The truck is a 4x4 and is taken off road occasionally. And I pretty much drive it like I stole it. This is the first UOA on this vehicle and given the results I plan on switching to once a year OCI's. The oil was in service for approximately 8 months.

Nice results, strong TBN - once a year OCI sounds like a good plan. How many total miles on the truck?

Its had nothing but M1 at 5k OCI's its entire life. And redline MT-90 in the trans.

It just makes me feel better; warm and fuzzies if you will. In 2000 when I bought the truck the API classification was SJ which had higher limits of phosphorus and zinc. I realize it's probably not necessary to boost the AW additives, but I sleep better at night. Particularly since I offroad the vehicle and pretty much drive it like I stole it.
