My 02 Silverado has a noticeable "Chevy lean" (almost 1" difference between left and right) and I was wondering if I could use coil spring clamps to level out the drivers side.

edit: 2wd coil spring front

Thats the best one but you have to compress the spring first to get it under. If he is doing that i would think he would just replace the weak spring.

Indeed!

But, those rubber donuts can also be threaded through the coils(as it's a split design) to help raise and add some stiffness to the spring. And you can add more than one if needed.

Yep that one is definitely better than those rubber doo dads i posted.
Do these thing slide between the spring easy enough? I never saw the split ones but they could be useful, thanks for posting that.

It takes a bit of finagling and the wheels completely off of the ground. I had to use a prybar to spread the coils a bit further apart when I did this years ago. Maybe too, a bit of silicone lube to help the rubber slide through the coils, especially rusty coils. Silicone won't deteriorate the rubber like pretrolium lube would.
