4.3 vortec exhaust leak

i had posted a while back, my buddys 2007 1500 chevy has an exhaust leak, im just getting around to fixing it, which will be next week. its leaking from the passenger side pipe to manifold gasket. Anyone with a truck like this (specifically a 4.3) has had to change one? im mechanically inclined, and have done numerous repairs before, im just looking for the easiest way to do it (time is not on my side for this job, truck needs to be back in action quickly) it looks like ill have to remove an o2 sensor to get to 1 nut, i have a snap on 15mm wobble impact socket for the nuts, it should fit in the tight space. also looks like ill have to unbolt the drivers side also in order to pull the Y pipe down enought to fit the gasket in. or is there an easier way?

There may be enough flex to slip the donut in there,but plan to do both sides.Right now you should be soaking the those bolts daily ,both sides, just in case.
