I use Hastings and Baldwin a lot. If you contact Hastings, they'll tell you if that filter is still suitable for today's vehicles.

This was certainly before their merger with Clarcor. The base of that filter (the width of the rib where the base meets the sidewalls) looks exactly like a modern filter. The Hastings e-catalog suggests a bunch of Chryslers, Mitsubishis, and Hyundais from early 80s to early 90s.
