2013 Focus ST 70.000 km ..7400 km on oil ,

I used Valvoline full syn oil and mobil1 oil filter

Doesn't look bad, better then Castrol was , even tho oil did go down to 5w20 level wear numbers we're pretty good

Kilometers , i was born in Europe so for me Km is easier to use , i have everything set in celsius and Km in my focus

For ~4625 miles, I wouldn't consider that impressive, you could go longer.

5k on super tech full synthetic sounds reasonable and cost effective.

I'm doing the 10,000 km oil run and see how that holds up, i like to work on my car so changing oil every 3-4 months isn't a big deal for me

- The vehicle usage profile, as in short vs long trips, driving style, etc.

- The time in use for this particular OCI (to go along the the miles/kilometers in use).

70 % highway 30% city , I drive to Cleveland every weekend and I use turbo boost 70-80% of the city commute
I usually drive 7000-8000 km in 3 months
