Looks good! Looks to be manufactured by Purolator. Any reason you used 10w40? Just using up a stash I presume....

This Purolator 'made for' looks good, and held up fine. This is the shorty 14612 equivalent with metal seam pleat. I suppose not having any issues didn't get much play, but worth noting imo. The Performax would be similar to or same as Quaker State, Pep Boys ProLine and Group 7 jobber filters.

Performax filters are quality filters. They are also standard filters used by Lithia dealerships. The brand is owned by Pennzoil.
