All things being equal, I'd take the Tundra as the Titan is known for being a complete gas hog.
That being said, in reality I suspect you can buy a Titan for a lot less than a Tundra, so the Titan probably is what I'd end up with.

Not a huge difference.
I try hard to milk out what I can on my Tundra, but it seems like 18 winter / 20 summer, maybe 21 if the stars align just right; that straddles the EPA 19 highway. A 2WD might eek out 1 or 2 better, don't remember now.

^^^That's not bad mileage. I get about the same but with a 4.3 six. On the highway I get 21-22, but that's with the cruise set at 65.
