Natural Look vs Glassy Look - Which do you prefer?

Agree 100%. The paint should be a glossy as wet paint but rubber/leather should look like new material -- not gooie and fake.
 
I drive a "silverstone" (medium silver, not charcoal or light silver) Honda S2000. It's a basecoat/clearcoat paint.

No matter how much I wax it, clay bar it, use Zymol on it, or other fancy products, the clear coat remains very thin and does not provide the deep wet look I desire.

The only way this car is going to look the way I want is to repaint it using high quality paints and a very thick layer of high quality clear coat.
